Australian Shipping

We are a small independent Australian owned company that processes, packs and ships all orders on a Friday. Our courier collects on a Monday. You will be emailed with your posting reference number for peace of mind once its in the mail. order received after 5pm on Thursdays will be sent the following week. Thankyou for your patience and understanding. If you need urgent or express post, please call or email us to arrange.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to America. Flat rate for shipping, $35 AUD, which is calculated in USD at time of checkout. Mother Nature’s Daughter is not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods. If a package is denied entry by customs and returned to us, we will refund the cost of the item, but shipping charges are not refundable. International shipment time varies based on destination, with the current global situation, estimated delivery is 6-8 weeks from date of purchase. Sometimes we get lucky and it arrives sooner.

Warranty on Jewellery

Please take care with your crystal jewellery. For longevity we recommend keeping out of water. If your bracelet or necklaces breaks within 3 months of purchase please notify up by email or see us at a market for a replacement.

Peace of Mind Guarantee

You are able to exchange or refund your items within 14 days of order delivery if you are not satisfied.

We take every care while packaging your purchases, and trust that they will arrive to you safely. If your delivery gets lots in the mail, we will re-issue at our cost when possible, or refund if you choose. If the unlikely event of a breakage does occur, please send a photo to iam@mothernaturesdaughter.com to arrange a replacement, exchange or refund.

For refunds, please return your crystals to Mother Nature’s Daughter PO BOX within 10 days of delivery and your refund will be processed. Customers will assume responsibility for all return shipping charges. Mother Nature’s Daughter will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the Mother Nature’s Daughter returns office.
